We research history, culture and values of your organisation, existing learning models and current challenges. We interview the staff and the stakeholders if required. This allows us to create custom made programs to achieve required outcomes in the most efficient and cost-effective
manner. We provide systems of measurement and feedback to monitor the progress. We provide –
Individual 1 hour session programs, in sets of 8 and more, online or face-to-face.
The programs include tripartite meetings with the Sponsor and the Principal at the commencement and completion.
